Living Rooms

Casa do Mar is a very large house with multiple communal areas for people to get together. This includes a great deal of outdoor seating on the many terraces, lawns and courtyard gardens as well as an abundance of space indoors too. 

There are two living rooms at Casa do Mar with ample comfortable seating for a house full of people. The largest living room is a massive 71m2 and the smaller a mere 30m2 !

The larger of the two sitting rooms includes a separate TV seating area with a 55 inch flat screen smart television and a Blu-Ray player. The smaller of the living rooms also includes a TV. 

For client enjoyment we provide free superfast fibre broadband and WiFi is available throughout the house. We also have Netflix and Amazon Prime Video along with some cable and satellite TV channels. Both living rooms have open fireplaces for the cooler months.

Casa do Mar also has a study area between the smaller sitting room and the dining room which includes a desk and a chair.
